There are some glossaries for medical devices in English.
So now I would like to give brief introduction. Like the Pulse OXIMETER, we could say it as SPO2 monitor.
BPM indicates as blood pressure monitor.
And some others, for example, NIBP means Non-invasive measurement of blood pressure.

CVC - central venous catheter
IACD, ICD – implantable (automatic) cardioverter-defibrillator device; the same as an automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator (AICD).
YAG (laser) – yttrium aluminum garnet (laser).
